I live with my fiance in our beautiful (work in progress...) 100 year old farmhouse near Stratford, Ontario. I love to cook & eat, especially with a glass of red wine in hand. Pasta pasta and more pasta! I adore Italian food. I love baking & experimenting with new recipies. There are 6 in my family, plus our partners, and between school and traveling we are all located in different places at any one time. When we manage to be at home together we cook up a storm. Everyone in my family enjoys cooking, and we all bring a variety of tastes and ideas to the kitchen. Sunday night dinners are the best...we plan these days ahead! Planning delicious meals for my large family, and cooking it all start to finish. I like to cook for big groups of people- once I cooked (along with about 5 other people) a buffet dinner of multicultural dishes for 70 people at a fundraiser. That was quite the multi-day cooking feat! I also make a pretty good cheesecake :) Pies. I just can't seem to get them right!
