This really is a great go-to recipe! I sometimes add some Half and Half towards the end to give it a creamy texture and taste. Always turns out great and is an awesome recipe for those extra mushrooms!

Tilapia Soft Tacos with Chipotle Cream

Great recipe - especially when you have to fudge some of the ingredients. Only had the opportunity to buy canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce whole and with seeds. VERY SPICY but I was able to cut down the spice a little with extra sour cream. Regardless, the meal is delicious. I threw it together and had most of the ingredients on hand. Seriously a flexible and forgiving dish!

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

DELICIOUS! Only changes I made were using fake butter, not as much oil, not the entire jar of Alfredo, only 1/4 cup of cream, no peppers, and added ground flax seed. So good! Thanks so much for this recipe!

Pasta Shells with Portobello Mushrooms and Asparagus in Boursin Sauce

This recipe was as easy as pie. It took about no time to prepare and I had almost all the ingredients on hand. Very simple yet DELICIOUS! I love Boursin so I was itching to use it in a great recipe - and this is IT!

Mahi Mahi with Onions and Mushrooms

This was a very SNEAKY surprise! LOVE, LOVE, LOVED IT! The boyfriend said it was one of the best. Thank you, for that ;) Added a bit more spices to the sauce but that was about it.

Seared Ahi Tuna Steaks

Delicious! Great, EASY recipe. I used fake butter and added minced garlic to the peppercorn mixture and then minimal minced onion on the fish. So good. The boyfriend looooved it.

Asparagus with Parmesan Crust

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

Pretty good variation on Mac 'n Cheese. I used Farfalle instead of Elbows which actually seemed more substantial. It wasn't too heavy with cheese but don't dare this one if even remotely lactose intolerant :)

Easy Key Lime Pie I

Great recipe! I am no chef by any means but when my boyfriend requested a key lime pie, I had to oblige. I love AllRecipes and stumbled upon this recipe and figured it'd be easy enough... and it was! I followed the ingredients to a T and it turned out beautiful. I'm actually going to go back and tweak it a little with more condensed milk for a less "lime-y" taste (much like all the other reviews recommend). Thanks!!!

Campbell's® Tuna Noodle Casserole

My boyfriend absolutely adores this recipe. I can't seem to make it fast enough! We usually add more peas and add celery (or broccoli!) for a little more crunch and a little less heavy/creamy.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

I am by no means a chef and I especially have trouble with baking so I apologize if I did not do as well with this recipe as I could have. Overall, the recipe was easy to follow and the ingredients were interesting. My boyfriend *loves* chocolate chip cookies and so I left out the walnuts. The cookies I produced were small and browned around the edges but not as soft as I would have liked. We were able to make many cookies and still have some dough leftover in the fridge for more! However, I will be continuing my search for the ultimate chocolate chip cookies.
