Why I thought this was a good idea to make when I'm trying to lose baby weight...I have no idea! Too yummy.

Baby Back Ribs

The person responsible for this recipe is an awesome individual! I too used Cathy M's dry rub. I think the rub is a must. I also grilled 5 minutes a side with some extra bbq sauce to get the outside crispness.

Donut Muffins

We were not a fan because the nutmeg was too overpowering even when I listened to reviews and cut the amount in half. Maybe one day I will try without nutmeg altogether. Very easy though and requires few ingredients that you'll have on hand.

Cookies 'n' Creme Fudge

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2012
I thought it was missing something. Simply tastes like the ingredients...White chocolate and cookies. I wouldn't consider it a fudge. It is a very simple recipe to make when you need a sweet treat to take somewhere.

So easy with food processor. My favorite is 1/2 cup craisins, 1/2 cup white chocolate chips and orange zest. So versatile.

I recommend using almost a whole bag of m&ms if you like chocolatey cookies.

B and L's Strawberry Smoothie

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2011
Made these for a work function and everyone liked them. Used vanilla yogurt instead of using vanilla extract and added a half of banana. Definitely prefer to use frozen fruit. Cut sugar down to 1 T. Delish! Thanks

Pasta Primavera with Italian Turkey Sausage

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2011
A delicious, light, and very fresh meal you can feel good about eating. Perfect balance for meat and veggie eaters alike. Reminds me of a summer take on the italian sausage soup recipe from this site. Used canned diced tomatoes and lots of Italian Seasoning.

I literally turned my head and they were gone! I've been instructed to add this to my party appetizer rotation. Thanks!

Stuffed Peppers with Turkey and Vegetables

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2011
Have to add some things, but a great foundation. I kept draining the veggies and added some breadcrumbs just before stuffing the peppers to prevent against the watery problem people noted. I definitely prefer red and yellow peppers over green...much sweeter. Also make sure to add lots of extra seasonings to flavor the turkey. Very versatile.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2011
Totally awesome. No need for extra sugar, just the preserves. The cinnamon chips are equally as good as the salsa. A must at all future get togethers now.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Delicious! I only had salted butter so I cut salt in half and it was perfect. Didn't stay soft for long. They were hard within an hour. Maybe I will only cook for 12 minutes next time.

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2011
So simple and quick. I prefer to cut chicken into cubes and marinate overnight. Skewer and grill 8 minutes over med heat, turning once. I have also made whole breasts and sliced over a tossed salad with honey mustard dressing from this site. Delish!

Chocolate Cornstarch Pudding

After the mixture thickens, add 6 oz chopped milk chocolate & keep cooking over medium heat until melted (about 1 minute extra). Then take off heat to add butter and vanilla. I used whole milk.

Grill Dough

Made dough in my bread maker and it turned out great. I suggest brushing crust with olive oil and placing fresh mozzarella, basil, and tomatoes on top. Thanks for a fun grilling idea!

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2011
Wow. I cut into 1 inch cubes, marinated overnight, and grilled on med-high for 8 minutes (turning once). The chicken was so tender it started to fall off the skewer at the end of cooking. Be sure to let it rest before serving. Virtually melted in our mouth. I used the ranch II recipe on this website.

Chocolate Coated Peanut Butter Crackers

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2011
Received great reviews at a party, but I think they need to be coated in good chocolate, not candy melts. I just don't seem to like the flavor of chocolate wafers.
