Delicious! This is a good basic quiche recipe, and as in the description, it is infinitely flexible. I took what I had, canned and fresh spinach, cheddar and parmasan cheese, put those into the mix with sautéed garlic and onion, and then topped it off with slices on fresh heirloom tomato and more cheese. I baked it for 40 minutes and let it cool atop the stove. This quiche was better than what I can get at the local bakery, and very moist! I would make sure you don't overcook it.
