I made this for the 4th of July and everyone kept telling me how good it was and this is how they remember having this pie. I didn't change a thing. Its perfect the way its written. Thank you for this wonderful recipie.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

AWSOME!!!! Will make over and over. I did not have the celery salt but it still tasted fantastic. Husband who is not a big fish person really liked it!

Pollo Mediterranean

Delish! Did not have olives, nor do I care for them much, so I substituted with capers. I also did not have sun dried tomatoes in the oil so I used the regular ones. I also did not have cornstarch so I used flour and had to put in a little more than two tablespoons, to get it to a good thickness. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that it did not have as much flavor as I expected but it was very good and this recipie can be easily altered. I will make again!

Avocado Dessert

Amazing! I don't know if I can wait the whole 20 min for it to refrigerate. I excluded a tiny bit of the milk. I think Im going to buy more avocados and make it againg tomorrow :)

Baklava

Tastes exactly how I remember it. I did have to use a bit more butter than the recipie asked for. Probably because I got a little happy buttering all the layers. Other than that it was wonderful!

Flank Steak Pinwheels

The Best! I wish I could eat it all the time!!!! Substituted feta for provelone cheese and just put fresh spinage, bacon and red peppers in the middle. Extreamly tasty!!! :)

Zucchini Risotto

This was my first time making risotto and it turned out awsome. I did however only use 6 cups of broth instead of the 7. I will be making this again. My husband loved it!

Sausage Linguine with Ginger Pumpkin Sauce

This recipe is very good. I used sage sausage instead of the sweet italian sausage, and I did't have any cream so I used milk. Mine turned out a little dry so next time I will use a little more milk to thin it out even more. Otherwise it's very good and I will be making it for my husband again.

Italian Sausage Tortellini Soup

Amazing!!!! I changed it up a tiny bit. Instead of 8of tortellini, I used a 19oz bag of frozen tortellini. I also did not use 4 tomatoes, I used 2 cans of petete cut tomatoes. Instead of 2 cloves of garlic, I added 3 and I also spiced it up a tiny bit by adding some red pepper. This is a favorite in my house!!!!

Corned Beef and Cabbage

First off, I could not fit everything into the pot. The recipie is good, but its tooo sweet for my liking. Also I would try to add the cabbage a little later. Cooking it all day pretty much killed it.

Bodacious Broccoli Salad

Amazing dish! I made this this past weekend and my mom, dad, fiance, friends and siblings loved it! The only thing I did not add wast the lemon...tasted great! Would make it again in a heartbeat!
