Amish Breakfast Casserole
I made this for my family this weekend and got rave reviews. I refrigerated overnight and popped in the oven in the morning. The only thing I changed was I added 1 chopped red pepper. Next time I might try a ham and mushroom variation of this recipe. You can really throw in whatever you want. Already passed this recipe on to my family & will definitely make again!

Iced Pumpkin Cookies
These are wonderful! Didn't change a thing. The texture is more like a cake - will definitely be making these again!

Baked Ziti I
This was an easy, and yummy dish. I halved it and baked in a square pan and substituted cottage cheese for the sour cream. I used a garlic herb pasta sauce and ground Italian sausage instead of ground beef. Would definitely make again!
