I used a can of cream of onion and one can of cheddar cheese sauce, left out the onions as we don't like onions but enjoy the onion flavor. Our household likes potatoes with the skin, so I left it on. I also added a half a soup can of milk to the soup and heated it up on the stove before pouring it over the potatoes. The full cup seemed to be too much and made it a bit on the runny side.
