Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

This recipe is excellent! I made in a roaster and let it cook overnight and the smell woke me up. I had to go to the kitchen and eat some at 4 am- just to make sure they were OK ;) I did use 80/20 ground beef for more flavor - only disadvantage is that I had to skim fat off top, but besides that delicious!! Thanks!

Fruit Punch

Love this punch!! Made it as recipe states and also made by adding 1/2 gal of OJ. Can't get enough of it when I make it for a party - I think I actually look forward to that more than the food!

Pat's Baked Beans

These beans are the best! Made them a few times for family gatherings, but when i made them for work, everyone wanted the recipe.I did add hickory BB-Q sauce in replace of half the ketchup and added couple splashes of hot sauce. Any beans will do. Thanks for the recipe!!

Baked Potato Salad I

I've been making a recipe similailar to this for years. It is delicious! I cook my potatoes with skins on until fork tender and then peel them and cube them, and sometimes I use little red potatoes and quarter them and leave skins on. I omit the olives and use scallions to top.

Four Cheese Macaroni

YUM!! I made this for a local fundraiser and they sold out within 2 hours!! I did omit eggs, double the cheese and used 2 c. of half and half as other reviewer suggested. Also topped with buttery cracker crumbs. Turned out wonderful! Thanks!

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

This is wonderful!! Definately not for the calorie counters out there! My parents request this often, not like I mind :) Watch baking time after 45 min - mine is usually approx 52 min. This does need time in the fridge for flavors to "ripen" Thank you!

Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie

I made this for Mother's Day and it was a big hit! Did use half cocnut milk and heavy cream - worked wonderfully. Also definately recommend using microwave to make custard (if you have patience like mine!) - very quick! Thank you for a great recipe!!

Nice change from usual potato, macaroni, or pasta salad! I also add diced celery as other reviewer stated. And is definately better when sits overnight. Great recipe for potluck!

Caramel Bars

These are delicious!! As stated by other members, I did double the crust mixture except for the butter, only used 1 cup. I always line my pan with foil with any bar type cookie. So much easier to cut in smaller squares! And with these, since they are soooo rich, a little goes a long way! I'll be making these VERY often. Thanks!

Beer Cheese Philly Steak Casserole

Got rave reviews at party I brought it to. I did add a variety of different cheeses that I prefer- mont. jack w/jalapeno-adds nice little bite,and cheddar with the provolone. Also used "Amoroso" type roll instead of italian bread. Loved it!!!

Ham Salad Spread

Tasty!!! I did add approx 3/4-1 T. of chopped jalepeno in food processer when chopping onions. Gave it just tiny bit of bite I like. Also used this with leftover turkey/chicken. Fantastic!!!

Chewy Coconut Cookies

I love these cookies!!! The only thing I did was to add 1 tsp of coconut extract. Out of 13 different cookies I made for the holiday, these got the most compliments. Chewy and rich with flavor!

Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps

I GOT RAVE REVIEWS WHEN I MADE THESE FOR A PARTY!! I CUT TOPS OFF AND ONLY MADE 1 SLICE DOWN SIDE, CLEANED OUT MEMBRANE/SEEDS AND USED CREAM CHESSE,PEPPER JACK CHEESE, AND GARLIC POWDER. I ALSO USED WHOLE PIECE OF BACON TO WRAP-I 1ST CUT A 2" PIECE OF BACON TO COVER END WHERE TOP WAS,THEN WRAPPED REST OFF PIECE AROUND. DIDN'T USE TOOTHPICK,BUT DID PUT IN FRIDGE FOR 2-3 HRS.BAKED IN THE OVEN 450 TILL BACON WAS CRISPY.VERY YUMMMY!!

Taco Dip II

Took the suggestion from other reviewer and added 1 Tbls of taco seasoning to ground beef, and used Velveeta peperjack. Turned out wonderful! I have a electric fry pan w/a glass lid that you can flip around and use to keep food warm. Perfect size for this dip!!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

I purchased a professional deep fryer I make these wings so much! I like adding a little more cayenne and onion powder but they are so crunchy!! I made them for a party I catered, fried them up about 2 hrs before party,put them in a roaster and they were hot in 15 mins. I don't add sauce. I keep it in a small crockpot on the side. If you're holding the wings for a period of time I do recommend. Keeps your wings crunchy! Plus you can make differnt sauces!
