Excellent recipe...great flavor and simple to make! I also followed the reccommended modifications as per the reviews (no eggs, extra cheese and half and half). Instead of the Mont. Jack I used a Mexican cheese blend. Plain pepperjack would be good too if you're like us and like a little heat! I felt it needed some kind of protein though, so I fried a pound of bacon on the side and crumbled it, and sprinkled it on top after baking...YUM
