Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Everyone at work liked this recipe. I drizzled 2 T. of melted butter over the top before baking.

My husband and I loved this. It was a very filling and satisfying salad. We skipped the onions. LOVED the tortilla crispies. We made them with corn tortillas and salted them before broiling. Now my husband wants me to make them as a snack. GREAT RECIPE!

Onion Chicken in Balsamic Sauce

Although the recipe sounded good in theory, neither my hubby or I liked the flavor. Took a really long time to make because of the sauce reduction, which never really thickened. Also increased baking time to 30 minutes for chicken tenders to cook through. The balsamic vinegar was VERY overpowering. We couldn't even eat the meal. Will not make again. Sorry.
