Classic Goulash
My husband has been beggin me to make goulash like his Mom's. When I saw this recipe I knew I'd found what he wanted. We loved it! Because we didn't need 8 servings I cut the recipe in half, but had to half again the tomatoe sauce for my husband's taste. Also, I used Italian tomatoes (so only put about 1-1/2 tsp Italian seasoning), Worchestershire sauce and cut up a green pepper. I wasn't sure about the seasoned salt so just added 1/2 tsp garlic salt. It was delicious.

Lentil Soup
This is an excellent soup! I added the whole bag of lentils which ended up being 2 1/2 cups. This was a thick soup. I read other reviewers and doubled the garlic, carrots & celery. I used a whole medium red onion. Added two bay leaves, 1 1/2 tsp Oregano & Basil. Because I used diced tomatoes with oregano and basil. I also added 1/4 tsp of ginger & 1/2 tsp cumin & paprika, 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes. I used four cups chicken broth & because I had a little pork roast leftover with it's broth, I shredded the pork and added water to equal the remaining four cups. The house smelled awesome while this soup simmered. I added more spinach than the recipe called for and topped my bowl with parmesan and declare it GREAT!!

Herb-Glazed Roasted Turkey
This recipe was excellent. I will definitely make my turkey this way in the future! The only thing I did different was to add 1/2 tsp of sage to the rub mixture.
