Sweet Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2001
I've been looking for a roll recipe for the breadmaker that was as good as my made from scratch recipe that took alot more effort and I've finally found it. This recipe is terrific and so simple too.

Tater Tot Taco Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2015
Delicious! I used the ten minute enchilada sauce recipe for the enchilada sauce and added extra beans instead of corn only because I hate corn in things. I also grated montery jack and cheddar for the cheese. When putting this together I mixed half of the tater tots into the mixture and put the remaining cheese on top after the sauce and then topped it with the remaining tots so they would be crisp.

Balinese Chicken Wings

Reviewed: May 4, 2014
This was delicious and I needed a use for fresh turmeric so it was perfect. I didn't think there was enough marinade but I stuck it all in a ziplock bag with the chicken and squished it a bit and after it sat in the fridge for a bit it was perfect.

Grilled Rosemary Chicken Breasts

Delicious, I was worried when I smelled the marinade since it smelled so strong of Dijon mustard but everyone loved it.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2012
This was delicious! Don't let the long list of ingredients scare you, It was easy to make. I only made a few changes. I used 5 hot peppers because I had them from the garden, reduced the tabasco to 1 tsp and omitted the cayenne. I also omitted the celery and fried up some fresh bacon chopped small for the bacon bits. Thanks so much!

Shrimp and Asparagus

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2012
Delicious! I used fettuccine noodles because we don't really like egg noodles. I added a little green onions and about 1 1/2 lbs of asparagus steamed and frozen raw shrimp.

Roasted Vegetable Ziti Bake

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2011
Delicious!! The one major change I made was that I chopped the veggies & put in a ziploc to coat w/ olive oil and salt. Then I grilled them in my grill basket. There was no way I was going to have the oven on that long. I also doubled the sauce and used some of the noodles and sauce to make up a hamburger version for my husband. I made minor substitutions based on what was in my garden: red pepper instead of yellow, swiss chard instead of spinach. And I'm sure I used way more cheese than that. I don't measure cheese and also put some in the middle layer. Oh and I used fresh tomatoes but only because I was in the process of peeling a bunch and petting them ready to bottle.

Pasta Pomodoro

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2011
This was delicious! I did add chicken that I cooked in olive oil with garlic and red pepper. This is definitely a new favorite main dish but would be fantastic without the meat as a side dish. Thank you!

Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce

Reviewed: May 15, 2011
Very good. The sauce was delicious too. I put lemon juice on the fish then sprayed with Pam and added the spices. I didn't measure the Cajun seasoning, just sprinkled it on both sides of the fish and grilled it. I added a little more lemon to the sauce.

English Muffins

Three words...moist, chewy, delicious. No more hard dry english muffins for me. The only down side is that I am going to eat them all and have to spend the rest of the week at the gym! better hurry and put some of them in the freezer so I can pace myself.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

great and SUPER easy! I might try adding vanilla next time, but they are good as written. I will, like another reviewer make the dry part in bags with instructions to take camping instead of buying another bag of mix.

Barbecued Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2006
I usually don't try recipes that have not been rated but I'm glad I did this time. These were very good and moist. I didn't use the microwave but cooked them in the oven in a stoneware roaster. I was out of dry mustard but the flavor was very good w/o it. Thanks

Very good. My daughter made this for us, everyone liked it but my husband thought the lime and rosemary were too strong but then he likes things fairly bland :)

Valentino's Pizza Crust

Although I prefer the chewier crust my daughter made this since it was faster than the others. It was great and fast! My daughter said it was the perfect crust because it was lighter and softer than the other crusts.

Martha's Clam Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2001
I've been searching for a good clam dip recipe that didn't have that preservative flavor like the ones you buy. This was absolutely delicious! Let this chill several hours before making any changes, it tastes great as is after being chilled.
