Delicious, fast, easy! I used fresh green beans and the only change I made was to steam instead of boil them.

Chicken Breasts with Chipotle Green Onion Gravy

This was awesome and super easy! The only change I made was to scale this to 6 servings and used vegetable broth instead of chicken.

Green Bean Sesame Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2012
Super easy!!! and delicious! took this to a family party and everyone loved it. Definitely not too spicy, even my aunt who is scared of salsa ate some and liked it. My uncle liked the sauce so much he dipped bread in what was left in the bowl when the beans were gone. I think I'm going to try it with asparagus tomorrow. Thanks for sharing

Shrimp and Asparagus

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2012
Delicious! I used fettuccine noodles because we don't really like egg noodles. I added a little green onions and about 1 1/2 lbs of asparagus steamed and frozen raw shrimp.

Marinated Cauliflower

So easy and delicious. I did get a little too busy and left it marinating a few days. I used bacon cooked crisp and then crumbled in the cauliflower.

Turkey Wild Rice Soup II

This soup was delicious! We did add a little thyme, a chicken boullion cube and a little more salt. We also used Grandmas noodles II instead of rice and didn't add the almonds since my daughter hates nuts.

Spaghetti Sauce II

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2011
Delicious and easy. I did add some red peppers, used ground beef, and since I don't use wine and didn't have any appropriate substitutions I used chicken broth instead of wine. The sauce was very good and a little too thick (probably because of 2 lbs of ground beef) that I added an extra 14 oz of diced tomatoes.

Tomato Chicken Parmesan

My daughter says "It was the most fantastic dinner I've ever had for my birthday." I only used one egg and put only part of the bread crumb mixture in a a bag to coat the chicken and had some of it left for a quick lunch another day. Thanks for an easy and delicious recipe.

Roasted Vegetable Ziti Bake

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2011
Delicious!! The one major change I made was that I chopped the veggies & put in a ziploc to coat w/ olive oil and salt. Then I grilled them in my grill basket. There was no way I was going to have the oven on that long. I also doubled the sauce and used some of the noodles and sauce to make up a hamburger version for my husband. I made minor substitutions based on what was in my garden: red pepper instead of yellow, swiss chard instead of spinach. And I'm sure I used way more cheese than that. I don't measure cheese and also put some in the middle layer. Oh and I used fresh tomatoes but only because I was in the process of peeling a bunch and petting them ready to bottle.

Chocolate Yummies

Awesome! and super easy, the missionaries that were over dinner asked for the recipe :) I forgot the rice crispies but it was still delish! I did add a few more marshmallows to make sure the crackers were completely covered and my daughter and I thought we could still put more but that's just our preference. I might try it with milk choc chips too. Update: another reviewer said the crackers went soggy the next day, I have no idea why hers did. I covered my pan with plastic wrap and the were just as good the next day.

Pasta Pomodoro

This was delicious! I did add chicken that I cooked in olive oil with garlic and red pepper. This is definitely a new favorite main dish but would be fantastic without the meat as a side dish. Thank you!

Italian Bread I

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2011
This bread was very very good! I rated 4 because I made a few changes. I added thyme and sage like another reviewer suggested. I put about 1 tsp of each. I also put in more cheese than it called for because my family loves cheese. Mine turned out perfect with 60 minutes to cook. Very good recipe thank you! Even a hit with the 9 year old!

Chris' Bay Area Burger

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2011
these were good but not the best, I like the basil flavor. I reduced the salt to 1 tsp as many reviewers recommended and used fresh basil. I agree with many reviewers that they don't go with the "typical" hamburger toppings, better with a toasted bun and some mayo, tomato and cheese.

Frozen Strawberry Cheesecake Sandwich Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2011
Super good and easy. I used fresh strawberries about 1 1/4 cups (sliced before pureeing them) and put them in the food processor until they were small chunks. I used strawberry flavored cool whip only because that's what happened to be in my freezer. Next time I will put in more strawberries.
