Easy OREO Truffles
Amazing! So easy & so good. Been waiting a long time to try these & finally made them and wish I hadn't waited so long! After combining the cream cheese & cookies together, I put it back in the fridge for a bit to let it harden a bit. I rolled a few balls before doing that & they were sticking to my hands as I was dipping them in chocolate. The extra few mins in the fridge took care of that problem! Will make again soon for sure!

Easy Toffee
My aunt has made this for decades. So happy to find a recipe just like hers! I don't use the almonds. Let me tell you - this is a HIT at any party I've ever been to. My coworkers actually named this "crack candy" because it's so addicting! :) AWESOME recipe.
