Turned out ok. I used chopped broccoli which saved a lot of time and money. You can use 1 whole bag of frozen.

Sloppy Joes II

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2008
My family loved this! I won't add the brown sugar this time, we don't like it so sweet, but I did add some Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce instead of all ketchup.

This turned out very well. I added some granulated garlic and parsley. I had to double the recipe and had it over lobster raviolis. Excellent.

I added 1 tsp of garlic and oregano as suggested. Turned out great. I may bake at a higher temp next time so it's a bit crispier.

Beef Tips and Noodles

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2008
I would have said 5*, but it was salty as others said. Next time I will add only 1/2 packet of the onion soup or will double the sauce with 2 cans of cream of mushroom. I did use 1/3 cup of red wine and 2/3 cup of water. Excellent flavor!

I'm not crazy about lentil soup, but my boyfriend loved this. I did leave out the vinegar because he doesn't like it at all.

WE LIKED HOW THEY COOKED UP ON THE GRILL, BUT EVEN WITH A NEW BOTTLE OF WINE, WHEN IT COOKED DOWN IT TASTED LIKE VINEGAR (WHICH MY BOYFRIEND HATES). I WOULD MAKE, BUT WITH LESS WINE NEXT TIME.

Fresh Spring Rolls

Reviewed: May 1, 2008
WE REALLY LIKED THESE, I USED A BAG OF FROZEN COCKTAIL SHRIMP, NAPA CABBAGE, MUSHROOMS. TURNED OUT VERY WELL. TO SOAK THE RICE WRAPPERS, BE VERY CAREFUL. TOO LONG WILL MAKE THEM LIKE GLUE BALLS, TOO SHORT WILL MAKE THEM LIKE BENDING CARDBOARD. BY THE TIME I ROLLED ONE AND HAD 1 IN THE WATER SOAKING, THE NEXT 1 WAS READY TO BE ROLLED OUT. USE WARM WATER TOO.
