This was such a good idea for a baby shower. Everyone seemed to enjoy it and loved the ducks in the bath look.

Fruited Curry Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2009
Didn't really care for it. I think it's because I've had a recipe for a salad that's similar but tastes better to me. My family really didn't like it either.

This is the best brownie recipe I have ever made. No need to change anything except to add nuts. Perfect 5* recipe.

Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2009
I loved it. I didn't add the bacon, capers, artichoke, or mushrooms since I was usuing this recipe to use what I had on hand. Though I'm sure it would of been even more delicious with all of those things. I also used some chicken I barbequed the night before instead of the recipe so I guess I'm rating the sauce. Definitely make this.

Ronaldo's Beef Carnitas

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
Okay I didn't use beef. I used a pork shoulder and this recipe. It came out juicy and so tender. The rub was so easy to make and gave it great flavor. I did use a 7oz can of green chilies instead of the 4oz like others suggested. Will make again and will try with the chuck roast.

Refried Beans Without the Refry

These beans are so good and easy. This was my first try at making beans from scratch and I think I will no longer buy canned beans. So flavorful.

Empanadas

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
These are so good. The dough always comes out so flaky. I've only made fresh apple ones and they are yummy. I'm wondering if any one has used this as a pie crust. Tip: When you pull them out of the oven quickly get them off the baking sheet or flip them over so they don't stick to the pan.

Chocolate Mint Candies Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2008
These cookies are delicious enough to eat even without the candy mint on top. I did try a cherry chocolate Andes and preferred the mint one.

Cream Puffs

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2008
Everyone said these were the best cream puffs they ever had they all wanted the recipe. No one could eat just one. I was surprised on how easy they were to make. I froze mine and then set them out to thaw while we ate dinner. Tried one frozen and it had no flavor. Nice recipe to make ahead.

Honey Baked Chicken II

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2008
My husband has named this his favorite meal yet. So easy and delicious. I made rice to pour all of that yummy sauce on. Don't use the full 1/2 cup of butter it's not needed. I used 1/4 cup like other reviews suggest and I don't think it made a difference to half it. Fantastic meal the meat just fell of the bone. Super easy. I'm letting my family members know about this one.

My husband was the true tester of these since he lived in England for sometime. He did approve of this recipe and nearly ate them all himself. If you need a bread for your dinner these are great to whip up in no time.

French Baguettes

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2008
Love this recipe. The dough is so easy to work with. I make this into one big loaf. It taste great. I do use almost 3 cups of flour. Tip I learned from my mother in-law for a crisp crust was to put ice cubes on the bottom of the stove. Turns out great everytime. Also for those who are first time bread makers be sure to use a serated knife to score the bread, otherwise it won't cut the dough.

Fish Tacos

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2008
Great tacos. I thought the batter coated a lot of fish. I was able to fry up 3 salmon potions cut up. This made a ton of food. Next time I'll half the recipe since I made it just for my husband and two kids. We had a lot of leftovers which wasn't a bad thing but doesn't taste as good as the first day. The sauce I subsituted sour cream for the yogurt and the sauce was sooooo yummy.

Robbi's M&M Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2008
My husband loved them. I love the idea of placing the m&m's on top making them pretty. I made them for his work and they got rave reviews on how they look like they came from a bakery. Mine came out soft and puffy the way my husband likes them. Not crisp and chewy, the way I like them.
