Pasta Shells Florentine

Reviewed: May 11, 2011
This was ok. My husband, however, loved it. The spinach was over powering so I may cut that amount in half next time and a little more cheese and use fresh garlic :-)

Pesto Pasta with Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2011
This was just ok. I added some italian dressing to give it more flavor. We are going to have it for leftovers and are going to add garlic salt and butter as well. We ommitted the tomatoes as I am not a tomato fan.

Chicken in Savory Lemon Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2011
This recipe was very tasty. I only made 2 chicken breasts however since it is just me and my husband. I used a whole can of cream of chicken soup and 1/4 cup water to make the sauce creamier. I also added a little extra lemon juice and I cooked it on the stove top for a total of 15 minutes. Prior to covering it, I sliced a lemon and put 2 lemon slices on each chicken breast. My husband loved it!!

Soy and Garlic Marinated Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2008
My husband loved this and it is hard to get him to eat chicken :) Instead of grilling the chicken I baked it in the oven at 425 for 50 minutes. It turned out great and I made a side of rice. Definately will put this in the dinner rotation.
