Pecan Pie Muffins

very tasty. I let them get nice and brown on the edges and they were yummy! I don't have a mini pan, so I used a regular size and divided it evenly into 12 cups. I sprayed and floured the pan and then ran a knife around the edges before trying to get them out. They came out fairly well, but a few broke or left a middle chunk in the pan - but those are the bits the chef gets to taste! Try this recipe for sure!

Famous Butter Chicken

This was good. I crushed up the crackers a bit coarsely, which carried the cracker flavour well. I used a bit less butter and only one egg beaten with a splash of milk instead of 2 eggs. Everyone here enjoyed it. I served it with macaroni and cheese and with broccoli.

Sugar Cookie Icing

Awesome! I make this whenever i make sugar cookies (i use the 'best sugar cookies' recipe) It always turns out great! You can spread, drizzle, paint, or do just about anything with this icing. I like adding coloured sugars and sprinkles. Tip: if your icing dries too quickly and you still want to add sprinkles, just hold the iced cookie over a bow or mug of steaming hot water for a few seconds until it softens back up then decorate as you planned.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

I make these all the time - pretty much for every holiday. I use the recipe called 'sugar cookie icing' to decorate them. I also usually divide the dough into thirds, roll into logs, chill and bake one and saran wrap and freeze two.

Poochie Meat Cakes

We make this all the time. I add liver that I chop into fine bits and we make it in 9x13 pans instead of muffin pans then cut it into squares and mix it in with dry dog food. It's time consuming to make and makes alot, but we just freeze it and it lasts for weeks and weeks.

Classic Macaroni Salad

I make this often. The only thing I change is I add some shredded cheddar or marble cheese. Make sure you let this sit in the fridge for a while before serving or else it's runny - it's better the second day!

Rotisserie Chicken

Excellent - Just make sure you put a foil pan under the chicken to catch the buttery drippings. The first time I made this is was pretty singed - but it was still tasty!

Chocolate Cookie Mix in a Jar

I made this mix as a gift for my mom and she loved them. I used 1/2 cup dark chips and 1/2 cup white chips. I also substituted almonds for the nuts. I'll be making this for my own family soon.

Simple Time Pork Chops

Even though I hate mayo, I tried this recipe because of all the good reviews. My family really didn't care for it, but I do see potential. There was just way too much butter and mayo - it was like melted butter soup in the bottom of the pan. maybe less next time and make sure to brown up the cheese a bit - that part was the best.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

It didn't thicken up for me - I even cooked it longer. I ended up straining out the liquid and thickening it on the stove. The flavour was good, but it just didn't work for me.

Frozen Pineapple 'Ice Cream' Sandwich

I converted this into a chilled pie by putting the filling into a graham crumb crust I made then chilling in the fridge. It was really good - you could probably freeze the pie as well and eat it frozen - very easy and yummy!
