Canned Soup

It was a snap to make, but the texture was gritty. My daughter and I did not care for it. My hubby said it would be better w/meat and/or pasta added to it.

Barbeque Chicken

The barbeque mixture was drippy/runny. My daughter said it was "okay." This is definately not a winner w/us.

We all loved it! I took the advice of another review/rating and used less honey, boneless chicken breast, oven at 400, and cooked the sauce on top of stove w/a bit of cornstarch for about 10 minutes. I also baked it covered w/alumium for one hour, uncovered for last 15 min. It still turned out somewhat runny. The flavor of the sauce was yummy. I will use this recipe again but will try it w/more cornstarch. Thanks!

Apple Pork Chops

On a scale of one to ten, ten being the best, my husband gave it a five and my daughter gave it an eight. Both of them just didn't like the apples on pork chops. I thought the apples gave it a nice, different taste. I won't be saving this recipe.

Homestyle Beef, Macaroni and Cheese

This was pretty simple, yet it tasted great. My daughter especially liked it. When re-heating it the next day in micro, I found that I needed to add more cheeze to it.

Ham and Mushroom Baked Eggs

I followed the directions word for word. I used Country Crock instead of butter. My husband said it was "spongy," and my daughter said it tasted "starchy." She thinks it was the sauce. I thought it was okay, but it was not a hit w/my family.
