Irish Cream Chocolate Cheesecake

After reading reviews I used a 1/2 cup of baileys irish cream and I also used a roasting pan with boiling water underneath of the springform pan while baking. Worked like a charm....not one crack. Really pretty cheesecake but the recipe is labor intensive.

Parmesan-Crusted Chicken in PHILLY Cream Sauce

nothing sensational but good. i substituted the herbed cream cheese, for regular cream cheese and mixed italian seasoning, minced garlic, onion powder and salt into cream cheese.

Truck-Stop Buttermilk Pancakes

fantastic but if you are going to sub the buttermilk with regular milk mixed with 1 tablespoon of vinegar leave out the additional milk that the recipe calls for. The additional milk makes the batter too runny. Other than that, these are the best pancakes I have ever made.

French Onion Dip From Scratch

Awesome recipe. Much better than store brands. I will never buy it store brands again after making this. Easy, delicious and I recently made this for a party and it was a favorite. My sister in law doesnt even like french onion dip but couldnt stop dipping. recipe is definitely a keeper.

Vanilla - Chocolate Powdered Sugar Frosting

Really good. To avoid the frosting becoming runny add the milk slowly, 1/2 tsp at a time until you get desired consistency. Perfection.

Parmesan Roasted Corn on the Cob

This recipe was okay but not spectacular by any means. The chili powder was a little overwhelming and next time I will brush foil with some olive oil before wrapping the corn. The parmesan cheese just stuck to the foil when I unwrapped the corn.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

This recipe is easy and tastes great. Sometimes it comes out tasting a bit like baking powder so I have scaled back on the measurement. Overall pretty good, and super easy to throw together for a last minute breakfast.

Amish White Bread

I make this bread all of the time. It has become a family favorite. Easy recipe for those who are not expert bread makers like myself. I use my kitchenaide mixer with the bread attachment for the kneading portion, and it saves me alot of work.

Horseradish Deviled Eggs

This recipe is not great but good. The eggs definitely had a kick to them. I had to make an extra batch without horseradish for my guests who are not into spicy foods.
