I didn't flatten my breasts, I cut them in bite size pieces and they were so good. The sauce was delicous. We ate this with white rice and the butter lime sauce on the rice was SOO GOOD!

Fried Rice Restaurant Style

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2010
YUM! THe sesame oil gives it the perfect touch. I don't cook my rice like it says I use a rice cooker to cook the rice and then fry it up.

Easy Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2010
I used this recipe as a guide. I had more meat so I eyeballed all the other ingredients. I sautted onions and garlic. I used season bread crumbs and panko (since i ran out of seasoned), I doubled the sauce and used classic yellow and dijon mustards. IT WAS AWESOME, and I'm not a fan of meatloaf and my kids enjoyed it so that was a plus!

Oven Fried Chicken III

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2010
When I saw the mayo I thought, WEIRD!! I debated in even making this chicken recipe because of the mayo. But I thought "Let's make something different, it can't be that bad! Even if it is I'll eat it because I won't waste it" I followed the recipe but I added chili powder and baked it at 350 for 45 min and 375 for another 15 to get it a little more crisp. OMG!! I wasn't expecting it to be so moist and flavorful! I mean I baked chicken for an hour and it wasn't dry at all! I could cut the breast with a fork!! The mayo tenderized the out of the chicken, haha! This is the best chicken recipe I've ever made and I got so many compliments. My 2 yr old asked for seconds! My husband couldn't stop raving over it. As you can tell I'm absolutely amazed at this recipe. The mayo might throw you off, but don't let it, because it's soooooo worth it!!! YOU MUST MAKE THIS RECIPE! haha :)

This came out so crispy and yummy! I never twice baked it, because it cooked through while I fried it.

Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2010
I gave this 4 stars just because I did a lot of tweaking. I put garlic powder and onions in the meat mixture. After browning the patties I put them in a pan and then put the gravy and mushrooms on top and covered and baked on 400 for 35 minutes. For the gravy I put crm of mushroom soup & powder onion soup in it. Next time I won't use powder onion soup but I'll use brn gravy mix and NO ketchup. The ketchup made it sweet and not appealing for me.
