Hearty Vegetable Lasagna
Delicious! I loved loved loved this. However, I must admit that I made modifications based on other reviews. I also was inspired by the World's Best Lasagna recipe to modify the proportions. I replaced the green pepper with zucchini, and added grated carrots. I sauteed fresh spinach, drained it well and added it to the ricotta mixture with parsley. I also used only 12 lasagna noodles total, and 1.5 cups of sauce for the each layer. I had sauce left over, but I'll use it for pasta sauce!

World's Best Lasagna
Delicious! I've made this twice and both times the results were Amazing! I must admit, the family at my local butcher shop strongly recommended that I replace the ground beef with their mix of lean ground beef, veal and pork, so that's what I did. I was inspired by some of the reviews and skipped the salt in the sauce,used fresh basil and red wine instead of water. I also added and nutmeg in the ricotta mixture. I also tried the noodle soaking trick (30 minutes in hot tap water instead of boiling them) and it turned out perfectly!! Thank you!!

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken
Delicious! I used light soy sauce and fresh parsley. I replaced some of the butter with olive oil.
