Fresh Southern Peach Cobbler
I made this recipe exactly as printed and it came out wonderful! I had a little trouble with the juices boiling over in the oven but that's my own fault (I accidentally used too small a bowl. The final result was a little runnier than I had expected so I think I'll try a little more cornstarch in the next batch. All in all though, amazing dessert and it will not last long!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
Absolutely delicious! I live in the desert so I had to add a little extra milk. I also baked the muffins for about 18 minutes and they came out perfect. Can't wait to make again!

Pineapple-Lime Rice
I made this rice to go with baked jerk chicken and it was amazing! I followed the recipe with one omission (accidental) and one addition. I forgot to put in the salt and added a diced orange bell pepper. This was incredible! I loved the fresh, savory sweetness of it and will absolutely make it again! To address the issue of the rice burning, you need to add more liquid from the beginning. White rice needs twice as much water to cook properly. For this recipe I used 1 cup water and 1 cup of pineapple juice. That should keep your rice tender and moist
