To Die For Blueberry Muffins
Absolutely delicious! I live in the desert so I had to add a little extra milk. I also baked the muffins for about 18 minutes and they came out perfect. Can't wait to make again!

Rosemary Cheddar Bread
This is a great flavor for bread, but we had trouble with the measurements in our breadmaker. We measured everything according to the recipe and the dough was very dry. We had to add 5 tablespoons of water to achieve the right consistency dough to pick up all of the flour. We thought it was fine and it rose beautifully but fell 15 minutes before the baking was done. Next time we'll add the rosemary and cheese to a traditional bread machine recipe.

Pineapple-Lime Rice
I made this rice to go with baked jerk chicken and it was amazing! I followed the recipe with one omission (accidental) and one addition. I forgot to put in the salt and added a diced orange bell pepper. This was incredible! I loved the fresh, savory sweetness of it and will absolutely make it again! To address the issue of the rice burning, you need to add more liquid from the beginning. White rice needs twice as much water to cook properly. For this recipe I used 1 cup water and 1 cup of pineapple juice. That should keep your rice tender and moist
