BBQ Bacon Ranch Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2011
I made this for a party and not much was eaten. I think the cold bbq sauce put off a lot of people, as well as myself. I used Jack Daniels honey smokehouse, maybe this was a bad choice? The cream cheese layer was very thick and hard to scoop too. I think it would be better cooked, as a hot dip.

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2010
My first time baking banana bread and it came out great! Tastes awesome and was pretty simple. I used 2 cups of bananas because that's all I had, didn't realize I needed more than 6 bananas, but its still tasty.

Ground Beef Enchiladas

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2010
Just made this for dinner, its creamy and delicious! Left the recipe as is except for using green chiles instead of jalapenos.... love how easy this is and not too many ingredients. Can definitely be tweaked for personal preferences too.

Bacon Roll Ups II

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2010
Very simple recipe, which is nice. Tasty (can't go wrong with bacon!) but maybe could use a little more flavor like using flavored cream cheese or adding something to it.

Famous Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2009
This recipe was simple and delicious. I only used 1/4 cup butter because a whole stick seemed like too much. Also I cooked it for the whole 40 mins because it was still pink after 25. I made this before work and when I got home it was all gone, devoured by my husband and his friend who said it tasted like KFC chicken.

Butterscotch Gingerbread Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2008
I just baked these cookies and they came out great. I could only find regular molasses in the store, but they are still very tasty. I also baked them at 330 degrees for 10 minutes because I like chewier cookies and it worked perfectly. I also used half the bag of butterscotch morsels as some suggested, however next time I will use the whole thing because there doesn't seem to be enough morsels per cookie. Its very sweet but the butterscotch goes great with the gingerbread.
