Perfect Turkey

I was nervous to try this for my first Thanksgiving dinner and after using this recipe I will always make a turkey this way. Amazing how moist it really is! I did alter a couple of things I was concerned because my turkey had 6% saline injection so I used half water and half apple cider to soak in, I boiled water with some of the fresh herbs added cloves let it cool. My turkey was too big to turn so I opted not to and no difference it was still very moist. I put a couple slices of salt free butter under the skin on the breast. Also added fresh cranberries, apple slices and sweet potatoes to stuff it and on the outside added mushrooms - MMM this was amazing!

YUMMY * WOW what a surprize the flavor and the moistness! I marinaded it all day and it really locked in the flavor, I also used full breasts because I couldn't find my skewers

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

This was delicous!!! I was unsure of what the tast would be with the ingriedients but it was good - This recipe is a keeper! I think I will add green & red peppers next time

Bermuda Spinach Salad

I got this recipe in 2001 and have been using it ever since I am always asked to bring it to get togethers or make it for holidays and asked for the recipe it is delicous! I use a red onion. I have also made the dressing using Splenda and it came out just as good. I have added other veggies like cherry tomatoes cut in half and small cubed cucumbers
