Carrot Burgers
Too heavy on the breadcrumbs and cereal stuff. Are there any carrots in here? These should be called bread burgers.

Fried Rice Restaurant Style
Only had celery and onion on hand and a can of mixed veggies, but thanks to this recipe the end product turned out much better than my previous attempts! Added sesame oil after frying with the rice for a bit then I also took one reviewer's suggestion of adding a dollop of oyster sauce right at the end. My dad likes to add chopped bacon to his rice as well, which compliments the egg nicely. The perfect fast/easy/cheap dish, and a great way to use up leftovers.
