Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

Delicious recipe!!! Apart from using low fat cream cheese & olive oil instead of veg oil, I followed the recipe as is. It helps that for the most part, you probably have most if not all the ingredients laying around begging to be used, lol!! My husband (who unlike me, is NOT a 'shroom lover) won't stop raving about these!!! The recipe is easy, DELICIOUS & a keeper. People this is worth a try........you won't regret it!!

Fried Mushrooms

I am the original poster of this recipe and a key step is this, after breading the mushrooms, you may want to let them sit in the refrigerator for about 10-15mins to let the breading stick onto the mushrooms better. You can serve these with your favorite sweet or savory sauce too.

Brown Sugar Smokies

This recipe is simply awesome as is, made it as an appetizer for a small dinner party and they were all gone within 3mins of serving!!YUMMY and so easy to make!!! I did toss the smokies in the brown sugar first then after wrapping in bacon I tossed them in the brown sugar in a ziploc bag, easy as A-B-C!! Thank you!!

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

yummy!! made this for dinner tonight it turned out awesome!! I didn't have tomato soup on hand so I blended a can of diced tomatoes and half a can of tomato puree to make my sauce. I also avoided using toothpicks by simply placing the cabbage rolls seam side down and it all turned out perfect. I think tho next time I'll add some celery and fresh garlic and maybe some cumin for added flavor!! My fiance doesn't like cabbage but even he wiped his plate clean!! Thanks for posting!!

Butter Lamb Gravy

I can't imagine why this recipe doesn't have more positive ratings!!! Firstly my local grocery store didn't have garam masala so I made my own : 2 cinnamon sticks 3 dried bay leaves 3 tbsp cumin seeds 2 tbsp coriander seeds 4 cardamom pods, crushed 1 tbsp cloves 1 tsp black peppercorns 1 tbsp ground mace Dry roast the ingredients, let cool and grind to a fine powder(you can use spice mill or coffee grinder). Store in the pantry for up to 1 month and in the refrigerator for up to 3 months. I also didn't have any creme fraiche so I used heavy whipping cream and one word for this : YUMMY!!!My boyfriend and I could not get enough of this!! Please try this you will not regret it!!!!

Beefy Baked Ravioli

This was actually very good, my only fear was it would be too bland for my palette so I did season the beef with thyme, sage and black pepper and added some garlic to the mix. It was very yummy!!! This is a keeper!!!

Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

I didn't have any green salsa on hand so I used red instead and I did season my chicken with white and black pepper and some garlic just to add some extra flavor. This recipe is fantastic can't wait to try it with green salsa! I did find my tortillas got a little too soggy for my liking so I will ease up on the amount of sour cream sauce I pour on top in the future. But thank you so much for this recipe, I'm African but now my boyfriend swears I must be have beem Mexican in a past life!!! Thank you!!!

Barbecue Ribs

Cheesecake Brownies

oh wow!!!!!!!! these were absolutely, hands down, the BEST brownies I've ever made or had!!!! I didn't change a thing to the recipe and I'm glad I didn't!I served them to my boyfriend and his roommates within 2 hours 2 batches of brownies were completely devoured!!!PERFECT!!! Cream Cheese Kolacky

I really wanted to like this recipe. I followed the directions to the letter, except I used strawberry preserves and only chilled the dough for 5 hours yet found it to be just OK. The dough did retain its "cream" color and I would've preferred them to turn out a little more brown. Without the preserves and confectioner's sugar it isn't particularly sweet and I didn't think it was anything particularly special...sorry!

Cube Steak Parmesan

Very easy to make and enjoyable! I did a little tweaking as I didn't have parmesan or mozzarella cheese on hand, I used a blend of Mexican cheeses I had and substituted Italian breadcrumbs for saltine crackers, was still very DELICIOUS!
