Vegetarian Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2008
I used these "meatballs" for spaghetti and they were amazing. I baked them in a casserole dish without sauce for about 40 minutes. I can't wait to use the leftovers for "meatball" subs!

Sweet Onion BBQ Burgers

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2008
These were really good. I used spicy black bean burgers as the patty and served them on whole wheat rolls.

Baked French Fries I

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2008
I thought these were excellent. I was out of olive oil so I used vegetable and it worked just fine. I also sprinkled with salt at the end of baking.

I thought this recipe was very good. I marinated the tofu in the sauce before frying. Great for a quick meal.

Taco Seasoning I

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2008
i add about two tablespoons of this and about a cup of water to cooked veggie crumblers to make quick veggie taco's. I didn't have and cumin so I used curry powder instead and it worked great. I love this recipe I will never buy store bought taco seasoning again.

Tofu Parmigiana

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2008
I really liked this recipe. For the breading I dusted the tofu with flour, then dipped it in milk and then pressed it in the bread crumbs. This recipe was very easy and delicious!

Buttery Soft Pretzels

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2008
I'm giving this recipe 5 stars because my boyfriend absolutely loved them. The only changes I made were that used olive oil instead of vegetable oil and I brushed the top of the pretzels with butter when they came out of the oven. I think this would be really good if sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.

Pesto Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2008
I thought this recipe was very good. I just made the sauce omitting the shrimp. I used cheese ravioli for the pasta and topped it with sun dried tomatoes and steamed asparagus. I will probably make this again.
