Pasta with Gorgonzola and Sweet Onion

This was a delicious recipe and quick recipe! I added mixed fresh bell peppers and mushrooms and used shallots becasue that's what I had on hand. Adding the red pepper flakes was also a good suggestion from a comment I read. After the pasta was mixed I added a little fresh Parmesan, the flavor blends well with the Gorgonzola.

Lemon Pepper Chicken II

This didn't really taste like lemon pepper chicken, put it was a tasty flavor. the mixture of the lemon juice and Italian dressing was amazing. The chicken was so tender & juicy. I will definitely make this again.

Apple, Cranberry, and Pear Crisp

This was so good! This was also my first time making a crisp and I'm glad I chose this one. I only changed a few things, I used oatmeal instead of corn flakes and 1/2 cup of sugar instead of 1 cup. Oh and I sprinkled pumpkin spice on top of the crumble topping. If you haven't tried this yet, Go for it! It is such a simple and delicious recipe.

Easy Mexican Hot Chocolate

This was really tasty,the chili adds a spicy kick that you only feel in your throat and the cinnamon balances the flavor. I used French vanilla creamer instead of milk and vanilla flavoring. That's what I had on hand. I noticed that someone complained about the cinnamon and chili rising to the top. You can fix this by mixing all the dry ingredients seperately then adding the hot water or milk a little bit at a time while whipping it to eliminate clumps.

Whole Wheat Snickerdoodles II

Spinach Tortellini Soup

This soup was so tasty and light! I added a little red chili pepper to give it a kick and boiled the tortellini separately as someone suggested. I also used fresh basil and vegetable broth instead of chicken because I'm vegetarian. Thank you for this recipe.
