Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2011
This recipe is okay. It's edible but definitely not great. My family ate it for dinner but would not touch it as leftovers so definitely not great.

Hugh's Dry Rub

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2011
I made this rub and used it with some NY steaks. It was very good. The only thing I would modify is the amount of cayenne. I would half the cayenne so that I could taste the meat better.

Very tasty. Only change I made was to double the raisins.

Baked Oatmeal Squares

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2011
As delicious as something this healthy gets! I subbed apple sauce for the oil, 1/2 banana for the egg and soymilk instead of regular milk and quartered the sugar and it was still delicious! Guilt-free, gluten free, low sugar and vegan.

McCormick® Gingerbread Men Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2010
It came out okay, but it was a little too sugary for us. Next time, less sugar and a lot more ginger powder.

Lamb Tagine

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2010
This was pretty tasty. My husband and I felt it was a little bland and so I think I would add more spice/chiles and maybe a little more salt to it next time. It was much tastier the day after when the spices melded together more.

French Baguettes

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2008
Do not use egg yolk!!! The recipe tastes great, except for the egg yolk, which was bitter and smelly. It even smelled bad during baking. Instead, I use egg white and I include a pan of hot water in the oven while baking. The second loaf I made without the egg yolk was wonderful.

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2008
This recipe was very good, very tasty and easy to make. I didn't have cranberries or pistachios so I used raisins and almonds instead, and it turned out great anyway.

Fabulous French Loaves

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2008
I think this is a pretty good recipe, but my bread was way too risen. I used quick-rise yeast and I think that the recipe should be made with "normal" yeast.

This was a great recipe. The pretzels were delicious. I never thought they could be so simple to make. Followed recipe exactly. No changes required.
