Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Very good recipe and I don't even like oatmeal cookies! I followed the recipe for half the dough and added coco powder to the other half (as a kid pleaser). Both turned out really good and soft!

SOOO amazing!! I've made these twice and they are YUUUMMY! The second time I ran out of pumking puree, so I used sweet potato puree and you couldn't even tell the difference! I'll make them again, for SURE!

Pork Chops a la Slow Cooker

YUM! I followed the recipe, but I used Cream of Mushroom soup with some water and cooked on high for 4 hours. Twas amazing! Also, I added carrots and potatoes during the last hour. Thanks for this one!

Gravy Baked Pork Chops

Nice recipe. I added garlic and onion while grilling the pork chops and seasoned it with Tony Chacheres. The chops were a little dry, and I'm not sure why. But, they tasted really nice with the gravy.
