Easy Morning Glory Muffins
YUM! I didn't add the coconut (ants somehow got into the bag. Don't you love spring?) and they STILL overflowed the muffin tins. You can easily make 14 or 15 of these. They were so delicious. Next time, I'm going to try making them with 1/2 wheat flour and 1/2 Splenda to make them a little healthier, but I'm definitely making them again. Thanks for a great recipe!

Poppy Seed Egg Bread
This was very tasty. I was a bit worried about the amount of butter (half a stick! more than any other BM recipe I've ever seen) but it turned out lovely, very rich and flavorful. I agree the poppy seeds didn't really add much other than prettiness. The loaf baked so high I could hardly get the handle of the pan over it to get it out of the machine, but cutting it in half before slicing it gave me a lovely 38 pieces of this, because it baked so high! I will make this again.

Oregano Cubed Potatoes
I used golden potatoes and left the peels on, so good! Great with leg of lamb. Will keep this recipe in my recipe box because we love greek food and can see this easily going with everything from lamb to souvlaki to even gyros! Great recipe!
