Peanut Butter Vegetable Chicken Soup
Very good soup, but docking a star for looks--also, the flavors don't get a chance to layer and build on themselves so it's a little "flat." I wouldn't say "bland" but just not as interesting as I thought a peanut butter soup would be. If I make this again, I may go with chunky peanut butter or add in some chopped roasted peanuts as another reviewer said they did. I think some "crunch" would help. I did use another reviewer's suggestion of sauteeing the garlic, celery, onion, salt and pepper in some oil first before adding the broth.

Minute Tomato Soup with Tortellini
i made a version of this using things in my fridge and pantry--prepared a package of 9 oz italian sausage tortellini as directed, then drained. Added one 18.7 oz can of tomato bisque soup (not concentrate) and half a can (about 7 oz) of diced tomatoes (the kind that already has basil, oregano, and garlic seasoning in it). Since the soup and tomatoes were already seasoned, I only added a dash more of italian seasoning. Simmered for five minutes, then topped with shredded parmesan cheese and served with 5-cheese texas toast (the frozen kind). An easy hearty meal in about 10 minutes! This made enough for 2 adults and a toddler.

San Antonio Chicken Roll Ups
I used greek seasoning instead and also wrapped the bacon around in both directions so that it sealed everything in like a pouch. It cooked perfectly and tasted great.
