This is delish. I cooked it on my George Foreman grill which I usually don't do with chicken, since it cooks it too fast an makes it tougher, and it was still nice and juicy!! I even marinaded mine for a couple days and it turned out great. I did substitute with olive oil, reduced sodium soy sauce, regular yellow mustard, and omitted the salt. I suggest making the 32 servings but keep what you don't use for later. Also...I marinaded green bell peppers, tomato, and onion and grilled them and they were amazing!
