Yummy Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

I am not a fan of mustard at all, but my son is. So on the reviews, I tried this recipe and it is resturant quality! Had spicy mustard instead of yellow, but outstanding! I actually like it & have had it on my own sandwich!

Following another reviewer, used 3 Macintosh & 2 Empire SPRINKLE of sugar & cinnamon, reduced water to 2/3c. Cooked on low until apples were falling apart! Sooooo Yummy!

Chunky Monkey Pancakes

My mom made these pancakes for me on my wedding day because she knew they were my favorite! Now I make them for my daughter, and she loves them as much as I do. I already told her I will carry on this special tradition on her wedding day!

Berry Oatmeal Muffins

Following others advice, used 1/2 wheat, 1/2 all puropose, 1/2 applesauce, 1/2 oil, omitting nuts & using strawberries (mashed 1/2 left 1/2 chunky). These muffins are outstanding!! Especially with HONEY CINNAMON BUTTER also from this website!

Christmas Morning Popovers

These popovers are outstanding!!! Resturant quality at home and so very easy to make! Followed others advice & tried the cinnamon honey butter with them. Wanted to eat all of them myself!!

Banana Muffins I

Love them. I used 1/2 c of wheat flour & 1/2 c of organic spelt flour which has a nutty flavor, reduced fat sour cream. Even my kids loved them!

Fruit 'n' Honey Granola

I have been following & making this reciped for 3 months now. My only modification is to half the recipe (since I'm the only one who eats it) and omit the sunflower seeds (not a fan). Otherwise, I have memorized this recipe and eat it mixed w/what ever at least 5 days a week!

Coconut Custard Pie II

The taste was great, I was disappointed that there was way more custard than coconut. Next time I will reduce custard, and increase coconut. Love the crispy top!
