One Minute Chocolate Icing

This was absolutely delicious. I wouldn't exactly call this an icing as I could only imagine how dreadfully difficult it would be to spread this around on a cake. I simply cooked it, removed from the heat, and stirred vigorously with a spoon for about a minute. Poured over a warm from the oven cake, the recipe made a BEAUTIFUL, smooth, glossy glaze. will definitely be using again.

Creamy Vegetable Sandwich Spread

Good, quick, and healthy. Especialy if you use reduced fat or fat free cream cheese. Great as a carrot dip too!

Country Pumpkin Muffins

Pretty good! They were wonderfully light and fluffy, not a heavy muffin at all. I did use 1 part brown sugar to 2 parts white sugar, and used self rising flour, omitting the salt and baking soda. Pumpkin pie spice can easily be used in place of the nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves. I only had a little pumpkin left, so i cut the recipe by 3. I got 8 beautifully moist and delicious muffins which the whole family enjoyed.

Whole Wheat and Honey Pizza Dough

Absolutely delcious. I, like other reviewers, let the dough rise for about 20 to 25 minutes. Turning your oven to 200 then shutting it off is a good warm place for the dough to sit. I also made made 8 individual pizzas instead of a 12 incher, and it worked out WONDERFULLY. Super quick, super healthy, super tastey. Thanks.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

I had hit a few unlucky recipes from this site before I found this one. I was kind of nervice it wouldn't turn. But I have to say, this was one of the most delicious thigns I've ever put in my mouth. I did, however, use about half white sugar and half brown sugar, and i also used half butter and half oil. Then added about a cup of raisons, which made the bread even more perfect. I wanted there to be a glaze, so i used about 1/3 of a package of cream cheese, then added sugar and cinnamon to taste.

Graham Cracker Crust

Amazingly simple. Why buy a crust for around $3 when you can make this in about five minutes. Especially when it's just as good, if not better, than anythign from the shelf.

Old-Fashioned Vanilla Pudding

Delicious, and very simple. I added more vanilla, about a teaspoon, for taste. I was going to make a summer dessert when I noticed I didn't have any vanilla pudding, so instead of running to the store I made this, and it worked out perfect. Thanks for the recipe!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Absolutely delicious. Sometimes i just cut the tops off these muffins and eat them like that because the topping is so good.. Thanks sooo much for the recipes. Will DEFINTELY be using again!

Dog Treats I

Wonderful! My dog LOVED the treats. I halved the recipe, and still ended up making 3 batches, but i doubt they'll go to waste since he's already eatin about 10 in the first day! if you have boullion cubes like I did instead of the granules, just boil the water then put the boullion cube in to dissolve. Thanks for the recipe! Next time I'll try the peanut butter.
