Happy wife & mom of 3 children 4 years old & below. Was a professional accountant & investment analyst prior to having children & now am a happy stay-at home mom, homeschooling my 3 children & cooking, cooking,,baking, grilling etc..i adore spending time in the kitcchen and preparing mouth-watering food which my husband, children & friends can't stop complementing me on...i llove it at home !

lamb chops that i left on high & forgot about in the slow cooker !!! It was so hot that it cracked the crock pot's inner procelain bowl !

Clone of a Cinnabon
This is the real deal...highly recommended. You will not be disappointed. Made it for movienight, served it warm and got rave reviews all around...perfect with a cup of joe or tea. Thank you for this great recipe!

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake
Made this today and got rave reviews all round. We had guests who also gave it an A1..lovely recipe, definitely a keeper, the next time i'd prolly use 1.5 cups cookie crumbs as 1 cup was a tad bit thin...Thank you very much!

Gooey Butter Cake III
The search has stopped here. This is the best butter cake. I made it the first time according to the original recipe and found the base too dry and the cheese topping too sweet. The second time, I increased the butter to 1 cup and reduced the sugar by half...the result was an awesomely some, buttery cake with a moist and delicious cheese topping...lovely! This one is a keeper and dh even asked me to make another to give to the neighbours! I made it for mom and she has not stopped raving since...everyone who has tried it asked for the recipe. With these 2 alterations, this one is a winner! Thanks Barbara!
