To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2014
Sooooo good! I used the recipe 100% then I just added a pan of sauteed garlic, fresh mushrooms, and cut up ham. Amazingly easy and tasty.

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2013
Family loved it and they are picky! I did like most people and sautéed the spinach and mushrooms in a little butter and placed in bottom of dish then placed the uncooked chicken on top, added the sauce and topped it off with real crumbled bacon and baked for 25 minutes at 350. Removed from oven and topped with 1 cup mozzarella and continued baking for 10 minutes at 350 (not 400). It was so moist and flavorful!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2012
Excellent recipe! Kids asked for seconds which is a miracle in my house! Only change I made was to use beef broth instead of water. Also, make sure you sear it before you put it in the crock, I think it makes a big difference as far as tenderness and flavorfullness. Definately try this!

Sour Cream Mushroom Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2012
My kids loved it! And they are picky! Since they do not like mushrooms I used 2 cans of cream of chicken soup. I also did not use the chopped onion. It does make a ton of sauce so you can either 1/2 it or just use the extra another day. I put it over egg noodles and brown rice, both were good. Thank you for this great recipe!

Snickerdoodles V

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2011
Excellent cookie! I used salted butter and omitted the salt instead of using shortening and they were amazing! Doubling the recipe was definately no problem. You can't get any easier than this and the flavor was greatl I will be using this for the holidays each year, thank you!

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2010
A keeper! I used 1/2 salted and 1/2 unsalted butter and next time I will use only unsalted. The mustard gives it such an excellent flavor but does NOT taste like mustard is in it. I'm sure you can just put the shrimp into the mixture pan until they cook, I think i'll try that next time. Wonderful flavor and enough sauce for linguini and rice!

Irish Soda Bread Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2008
This was excellent! I doubled the recipe and used NO caraway. I also used raisins instead of currants because it was for my sons 3rd grade class. They were a lot sweeter than I expeced and if they were for an older crowd I would cut down on the sugar a little. It was almost like a thicker sugar cookie. I also used green sugar crystals for the top before cooking just as added flair for the kids! I would definately make these again!
