Best Steak Marinade in Existence

One of the best steak marinades I’ve ever tried. Followed the ingredients except for the hot spices; did however, use 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard. Poured the mixture on frozen top sirloin and let thaw. Our guest could not say enough, the ultimate compliment.

Pork Roast with Thyme

Excellent! I altered it a bit by using a bit less vinegar and adding enough olive oil to make a paste. I also used sea salt, sage and pepper in the rub. Retain the drippings for a gravy.
