Kings Flat Iron Steak Sandwich

wonderful recipe! the only thing I changed was I used gyro meat instead because I have a hard time digesting steak. My whole family loved these sandwiches and that is saying alot...thank you for a great recipe!

Candy-Coated Milk Chocolate Pieces Cookies II

I tripled this recipe as I made them for a school bake sale to help Haiti. If I could give more stars I would! These cookies sold so fast! They are fantastic. I changed only one thing and that was to cut the sugar in half but did not matter they still turned out wonderful and no one missed the sugar!

Authentic Kicked-Up Syrian Hummus

Definately worth the 5 stars I just gave it! I got such rave reviews from my family on this recipe when I made it for a family gathering! My test was when I brought some in for the egyptian doctor I work for. He said I did a very good job! Thank you for such a fantastic recipe! I will make this over and over again!

Pig Pickin' Cake

This was a big hit with my inlaws and family! I did alter it slightly for the waistline. I used low sugar cake mix, sugarfree-fatfree pudding, no sugar added applesauce in place of the oil and light cool whip! It was fantastic! I will definately make this again! Thank you for the great recipe!

Cranberry Orange Bread

This is a definate keeper. I did modify by a bit. Instead of sugar, butter or oil in any bread recipe I make, I always replace with a no sugar added applesauce. It cuts down the fat, sugar and calorie intake by quite a bit and is still great tasting. My picky girls and husband all love it! Thank you for such a great recipe!

Easy Chicken Enchiladas

very good with a few changes. I used leftover turkey instead of chicken. I also added a package of taco seasoning to the cream chesse mixture. I also used honeywheat tortillas instead. It was awesome and the kids liked it too. I will be making this again.

Savory Spinach Casserole

This dish was great! I did tweak it a bit to make it a one dish meal. I added half box cooked shell pasta and bite size pieces of smoked sausage. My family loved it, including my very picky daughters. Will definately make this again.

Blueberry Cornmeal Muffins
