Espinacas con Garbanzos (Spinach with Garbanzo Beans)

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2013
Super delicious and healthy. I sauteed the onions and garlic first and then added the garbanzo beans to the mix to heat them up alittle (since they were in can) and crushed them in that mixture before adding spinach (much easier!). I also used fresh spinach and sauteed that separately and then I combined everything. Def a keeper!

Key Lime Pie VII

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2009
WOW!! I have always used the typical recipe that calls for egg yolks, condensed mile and lime juice....until now!! This recipe blows my old one out of the water!! Creamy, smooth, tart, exquisite! I made my own graham cracker crust and own whipped topping....best key lime pie...hands down!

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2013
So, so, so good! I added plenty of herbs and spices (garlic powder, chili powder, seasoned salt, fresh cilantro) because without these, I could see where the complaints of it being un-flavorful comes into play. Will be making again and agin!

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2010
WOW!!!!!!!! These brownies are insane!! In my version, I didnt add the chocolate chips due to the amount of sugar and the possiblity of it being too sweet. I was right. The sweetness was right on, along with chewiness and texture. This will be my permanent brownie recipe. Thank you!!

Pecan Pie V

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2008
UNBELIEVABLE!! I took this pie over to my boyfriend's family this year...a conservative group that watched my every move. Pulled this baby out and now I am accepted in the family. They were literally eating out of the pie dish. Will be making again for Christmas and every holiday to come!

Heavenly Chocolate Mousse

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2008
Unbelievably delicious. Not too heavy or sweet. I made this twice in one week. One with coffee as substitute for water, the other just water. Great either way. I also added some chocolate shavings before chilling in ice and that added some interesting texture as well as flavor. Love it!

Chicken Marsala

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2008
Wow, this recipe was delicious and enjoyable to make. As per the suggestions of other reviews, I added garlic powder to the flour mixture, minced garlic to oil/butter mixture then some broth, fresh parsley and creams to the sauce. I prepared a rotini pasta tossed with light olive oil, parsley and parmesan cheese. My boyfriend loved it as well did I. The best marsala I've had. Thank you for the suggestions and most of all, for this fantastic site that has enhanced my cooking experience!
