Easy Skillet Beef and Hash Browns

I just made this and as people pointed out, it's versatile with what you have on hand. As is this recipe is very yummy, just the kind of thing my picky meat and tater man likes. Thanks for sharing!

Kid friendly recipe indeed or for those picky eaters that don't like onions and peppers! I've tried different ways of making it, this one has good flavor to it although I add a bit of onion powder and garlic powder to the hamburger when browning. For a twist you can add a can of pinto beans or kidney beans as well.

Aloha Chicken

This was fabulous. I read reviews and decided to saute some peppers and onions on the side. I didn't mix it in because I have picky eaters. I also made extra sauce, that was what REALLY made the dish. My mother-in-law plans to make this for her card group. Thanks for sharing!

Chocolate Billionaires

This is one of the easiest recipes I've come across and have it come out so yummy! Hubby couldn't even wait for the chocolate coating, I caught him snitching a piece while cooling in the refrigerator. I only made what the recipe called for at first just to see how they would turn out. You definitely need to make lots more! I also experimented and made a batch with cocoa krispies, outstanding, thanks so much!

Chocolate Sugar Cookies

These cookies were not chewy, but more crunchy like a snap cookie. We also had trouble rolling them out, so we ended up just rolling them into balls and then rolling them in sugar before baking. They are a nice change, not too chocolaty.

Lemon Dreams

Very good shortbread cookie and the lemon filling came out great! I had the same problem with the hole closing up some so my cookies didn't get as much filling as I'd like. I read a review since making though and will try the teaspoon indention as suggested when they come out of the oven. Thanks for the yummy cookie!

Ham N Cheese Potato Bake

This was awesome! I didn't expect it to come out so creamy, almost like a chowder. I didn't have potato soup, so used a bit of milk with it. Next time I will try leaving the milk out and maybe not as much sour cream, or add more potatoes. Not sure yet, but we still loved it. I crumbled up some saltines in mine. Thanks!

Banana Split Cake IV

This was a great dessert! I left out the strawberry glaze, mainly because I didn't have any and saw someone else did it as well and came out good. I drizzled chocolate syrup on top too. Yummy!

Jeannie's Famous Potato Hamburger Casserole

I have mixed feelings with this one. Very rich indeed......not sure if I did something wrong, but ours came out too soupy. I ended up cooking a bit more hamburger and some hashbrown potatoes to add to it. So now we have tons leftover, haha! I would definitely like to try it again, but maybe next time use less milk and cream for the amount of meat and potatoes it calls for. I also added season salt and garlic powder to the sauce. I think the hasbrown potatoes work better too unless you cut your potatoes super thin.

Chili Dog Casserole II

Everyone absolutely loved this recipe! My family doesn't care for just plain hot dogs, we usually eat them wrapped in biscuits or cresent rolls. This was a wonderful change. The only thing I did different from the recipe was add a bit of cheese inside the tortilla. Otherwise, I wouldn't mess with this recipe. Thanks!
