Brussels Sprouts Gratin
Really great. I actually used frozen (cooked al dente) brussels sprouts, since they aren't in season here. I also layered the ingredients...I put half of the sprouts, half of the bacon, etc., etc., and just repeated the layers. Everyone LOVED it! Thanks.

Easy OREO Truffles
These were EASY and SO GOOD! Make sure, however, that they remain refrigerated. They shouldn't stay at room temperature for long.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
Excellent dessert and perfect for Thanksgiving. I use a gingersnap crust instead of store-bought. It compliments the cake perfectly! THANKS!
