Lemony Chicken with Artichoke Hearts

I usually try my best to follow the recipe the first time around. I don't like to make any changes, but sometimes it gets a bit pricey to buy new ingredients you have never used before. I have never heard of the item vermouth. I looked up on the internet to see what it was and what would be a possibly good substitute for it. I used Sherry instead. I also used only half of what the recipe recommended for lemon juice since it looked like a lot when I was squeezing it into the skillet. I halved the recipe since I was just cooking for myself. Overall, the dish was very tasty and I would definitely make it again. It's a great dish! Also there is no photo?! I uploaded one of mine. :)

Golden Tuna Casserole

I've never made or tasted tuna casserole before, but I decided to make this and share it with my coworkers. Everyone complimented me on how great it tasted. I thought it tasted good, but not great. I followed the recipe exactly, with one MINOR exception, I forgot to buy the green bell peppers! It still turned out good.

Simple. Quick. I read the instructions wrong and bought lemon, but it still came out great. It is healthy. What more can you ask for?

Easiest Pot Roast Ever

I excluded the celery and potatoes. I added some extra seasoning like onion powder and pepper. It was great! Simple and easy.

Pumpkin Bread IV

I basically cut the recipe into a 1/3rd. The problem with this recipe is that it doesn't specify the size of the cans. I found a 29 ounce can of pumpkin puree and realized later it's actually 15 ounce can by going to another recipe after the fact! Even though the instructions weren't clear... and I put too much pumpkin puree, it still tasted pretty good. I'm going to attempt this again and hopefully it will come out better.

Nanny's Goulash

I just didn't use white pepper and used black pepper instead. I wasn't sure what the difference was, but this dish turned out realllly bland. I would suggest doubling up on the seasoning or adding salt. I sprinkled some Parmesan on top of it while I was eating it and that helped.

Pork Chops with Fresh Tomato, Onion, Garlic, and Feta

I used a canned of diced tomatoes because I was too lazy to go out to the supermarket and buy the tomatoes listed on the recipe, but I followed the recipe exactly. It turned out pretty good. I would definitely make it again with diced tomatoes.

World's Best Lasagna

I followed the recipe's instructions as much as I can, but I didn't use as much sugar and forgot the buy parsley. It turned out great though. I had some sauce left over after making it and used that for spaghetti another day. The sauce did not taste that good on spaghetti, but it was okay.
