Grilled Rock Lobster Tails

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2009
yes, this is the way to grill lobster tail. or any crustean for that matter. throw this on when you turn the steak, get your corn and asparagus turned, check your steak for doneness. turn the lobsters over, grab the aspargus, let the corn jump on the grill...grab the steak and lobster...make someone go grab the corn. now eat.

Grilled Salmon I

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2009
so simple, so great...add a pre-soaked alder or cedar plank over a charcoal grill. this is excellent as is. can be enhanced easily with best toppings or butter-rubs. but this stands alone as a great way to prepare salmon.

Herbed Rice and Spicy Black Bean Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2009
i think this was great. i add fresh red bell peppers and leave out the cilantro (can't stand the soapy taste.) make this a day ahead if you can...much better after it has a chance to marinade. btw, 2 cups of water for 1 cup of long, white rice.
