Turned out great, but I will not use cinnamon next time. There is no need for it. Also, I froze the leftovers for later.

Yummy Blueberry Cobbler

This is delicious. The first time I made it, it had lumps of flour in it. The second time, I mixed the dry ingredients first and then heated the water before adding the remaining ingredients, which helped a lot. And also, I use my own butter cream frosting recipe (butter, vanilla, confectioner's sugar, and a tablespoon half-and-half. Moist and delicious!

Buttermilk Pound Cake II

I followed the recipe, but my cake was so dry. The outside was too crunchy and the inside was dry. The flavor was good so I gave it two stars, but no one liked it because of the dryness. I will not be making this again.

Mrs. Sigg's Peanut Butter Cookies

I have made these over and over. They are my favorite peanut butter cookies. I add more peanut butter than it calls for and I add peanut butter morsels for double deliciousness!

Lemon Cheesecake

This is delicious. I didn't use lowfat ingredients though. Used 2 eggs instead of egg substitute and vanilla yogurt instead of lemon. It was very good!
