Roasted Garlic Tyrokavteri
Would rate this a 10 if I could! Love this recipe with the following modifications. I use 1/4 cup each lemon juice & olive oil, 8 oz. feta & cream cheese, 2 roasted heads of garlic and 3/4 tsp. of oregano and no milk substance at all. Put it all into the food processor and mix until incorporated. May appear runny, but after refrigeration it firms up nicely. Serve this with naan, or pita bread. YUMMY!!

Chef John's Chicken Cacciatore
I used chicken thighs with skin on. The only thing I did differently was to cook this in my slow cooker on med. setting for 4 hours. Delicious, fall off the bone meat in a nice sauce served with bow tie pasta.

BLT Dip
Just a thought to those who found it runny. What about adding sundried tomatoes instead of fresh? I dehydrate my own tomatoes.
