Healthier Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

This recipe is AMAZING!! I've made it numerous times and everyone loves it! Taste like something you'd get at a nice restaurant. I serve it with fresh asparagus.

Emily's Famous Hash Browns

These were great!! I've tried making hash browns countless times, and they've never really been very close to restaurant hash browns, until I tried these! They were also super easy and fast! Thanks for an awesome recipe! Update: I already made these again! My husband even loves them, and he doesn't usually like hash browns. To the uncooked batter I added a little salt, pepper, and a few dashes of garlic powder, onion powder and mccormick chicken seasoning (I know it sounds strange, but if you're familiar with this seasoning, you know it's great on so much more than chicken). They were even better this time with the additional seasonings, but even with no changes, these are still the best hash browns I've ever had!

Man's Way Sausage

This has a great flavor, but we thought it was pretty dry. Next time I might make a cheddar ruox sauce to pour over it, or serve with grits.

House Fried Rice

This was fantastic! I've made chicken fried rice many times over the years, but this was by far the best! I didn't have shrimp, ham, or green peas, but it was still great. Thanks for a wonderful recipe!

Chocolate Nuggets

We really like these, and I didn't even have chocolate chips! As a substitute I used 1 cup + 2 TBSP cocoa powder, 3/4 cup + 2 TBSP sugar and 1/4 cup + 2 TBSP vegetable shortening. Since I had nothing to melt, I just mixed the butter, sugar, shortening and sweetened condensed milk together, then added everything else. The batter was pretty thick and hard to mix after adding the flour, but they were still super quick and easy! Great recipe! I think I like these better than brownies!

Very tasty, and so easy! I took another reviewers suggestion and boiled the frozen chicken in the marinade. It was very flavorful. I served it with fried rice.

Shrimp Chowder

We thought this was really good! I only used half the cream cheese, doubled the potatoes (cooked in water with 2 chicken bouillon cubes, then drained), added some frozen corn and I also added quite a bit of old bay seasoning. I'll definitely make this again. Thanks for a fantastic recipe!

Beer Sausage

We loved this! I didn't expect to like it, but hubby really wanted to try it and I was surprised at how great it was! The only change I made, was I added one crushed chicken bouillon cube to the beer. Thanks for the great recipe! I'll be making this often.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

This was AWESOME!!! We absolutely loved it! I only made a few minor changes. I minced the onions as other reviewers suggested, and I added a few dashes of garlic powder, along with some McCormick original chicken seasoning (which makes everything better). I also cooked it closer to 2 hours. I will definitely make this again. Thanks for a great recipe!

Bacon and Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms

These were great. The only small problem is that the mushrooms weren't quite done. Next time, I'll bake the mushrooms for a few minutes, then stuff them. The taste was outstanding though.

Stuffed Pork Chops I

This was really good. Even though I toasted the bread crumbs first, the stuffing got pretty soggy.It still had a great flavor though. Next time, I think I'll try cutting down on the mushroom soup and water mixture.

These are really great! I used butter instead of margarine and doubled the vanilla. I didn't have any cream of tarter, so I used two tablespoons of baking powder, and omitted the baking soda. I was a little worried they wouldn't be as good, but they were absolutely wonderful! I can't seem to keep my hands off of them.

Fresh Southern Peach Cobbler

Best peach cobbler I have made in years. I made it exactly as the recipe directed. The only change I will make next time is to make more crust. Probably 1 1/2 times or possibly double. Otherwise it's perfect.

Lemony Cucumbers

Best cucumbers I've ever had! I didn't have any white wine vinegar, so I used 2 TBSP red wine vinegar, 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar and 1 TBSP of white wine as a substitute. I also didn't have celery seed, so I used 1 tsp celery salt. I can't believe how great this was!
