Black Bean and Corn Quesadillas
Wonderful! We eat this at least once a week, usually twice. Easy to make and so tasty! Only change I make is using pepper-jack cheese.

Luck 'O The Irish Brownie
Best thing ever! Only thing I would change was the butter. I would use unsalted only.
