Onion Soup Pork Chops
Too good and easy to be true! Recipe is also fairly low in fat. Rice is tasty like stuffing. Great dish to serve when you are very busy but want home cooked meal.

Broccoli With Lemon Almond Butter
What an easy and versatile recipe. I wanted to serve a vegetable to compliment "Lemony Steamed Fish". Didn't have fresh broccoli. I used frozen California veggies (brocolli/cauliflower/carrots)as well as asparagus. What a wonderfully light and fresh tasting vegetable!! So Easy that children could help.

Lemony Steamed Fish
Instead of using onion powder I used 1/4 cup of onion. Also added 1/2 tsp of garlic puree and used 1/4 cup lemon juice. Baked all cod together in one dish covered with aluminum foil. Excellent! Served with BROCCOLI WITH LEMON ALMOND BUTTER and 1/2 cup basmati rice. DELICIOUS!
